As a teenager, you probably have questions about such things as jobs, cars, and credit cards. You may be concerned about your friend's use of drugs or alcohol. You may want more information about your civil rights or want to become emancipated. One way to get answers to your questions is to call the Oregon State Bar's Problem Solvers program.

Oregon lawyers volunteer as Problem Solvers to offer free legal information and advice to young people. If you are between 11 and 17 years old, you can call to ask for a Problem Solvers lawyer. Once you are given the lawyer's name and phone number, you will have to call the lawyer to set up an appointment. You should explain to the lawyer that you were referred through the Problem Solvers program and you need legal help. The lawyer will give you a free 30-minute visit.
